Calibration and Maintenance

Maintains and calibrates all shop machines to manufacture specifications with the goal of limited down time.  Maintains maintenance and calibration logs for all machines. Organizes and manages a library of manufacture maintenance and specification manuals.  Maintains machines assets tags and inventory.​

• Performs machine routine maintenance, calibration and      safety signage

• Records all maintenance, calibration events in a machine log   for all tools

• Advises Club Executive Board and Membership of any down  time required for machine repair

• Submits to the HOA Facilities team machine repair / parts requests

• Advises Training Committee on proper operation of machines

• Advises purchasing on tooling requirements for machines

• Purchases and maintains small parts for machines (per Purchasing rules)

• Leads and Manages Monthly Shop Clean-up

• Submits estimated annual budget requirements to the  Executive Board and Treasurer

• Maintain Equipment Inventory (Capital and Expense) and reporting to CEB and HOA

• Conducts semi-annual clean up and disposal of Flammable storage cupboard
