Purchasing

Organizes and maintains all shop inventory. Provides "Best Value" procurement decisions for the club. Purchases and maintains all shop consumable supplies and tool items required for club operations including sheet goods inventory.

• Provides training and management in Procurement Procedures to all committee members.

• Maintains a consumable inventory list (all shop commodities)

• Organizes and labels all Storage Backroom inventory maintains the same for all inventory on the Shop Floor.

• Develops and manages an Inventory Control System for all Shop Items maintained on the consumable Inventory List

• Re-stocking of all Shop Items (In the storage room and on the shop floor)

• Manages Procurement Request Approvals under $150

• Manages Procurement Expense Reporting Approvals and provides to the Treasurer

• Tracking of Expenses against prior year and budget
