COMMITTEES OVERVIEW

The Club Executive Board (CEB) may establish permanent standing or ad hoc Committees as necessary for the Club’s effective operation. Committees created assist the CEB in managing the Shop.

​

  • Individual committees are sponsored by a member of the Board.

  • A non-Board Member volunteer is assigned to lead the committee.

  • Each standing committee should meet at least monthly, minutes taken and reported to the Board. All recommendations to the Board are to be a consensus of all active committee members.

  • All committees will have written mission statements prior to their formation.
