Nomination and Election (ad hoc)

The Nomination and Election Committee is no less than three (3) Club members who are appointed annually by the CEB to solicit nominations for Club Officer and Member at Large positions. Only Club Members in good standing will be eligible to be nominated at which time their names will be presented by the Committee to the CEB for review prior to the February general membership meeting.

• December/January - Promotes and encourages Club Members to run for Club Officer and Member at Large positions on the Club Executive Board

• January - Organizes the election process and secure ballot

• February - Reports to CEB candidates prior to February General Membership Meeting

• February - Implements a two-person Member validation and counting process

• February - Reports new candidate names to General Membership

• February - March - voting

• March - Reports winning candidates during General Membership Meeting
